We have range of development packages and services for web designers. We can build content management systems, e-commerce systems and other functions (such as enquiry forms, surveys, forums, directory and membership systems etc.) onto your designs or provide packages for you to develop complex systems yourself.

Our bespoke websites come with full content management facilities. Prices typically start from around £1,000+vat up to £1,500+vat and include the following:
- Complete design of site and graphics. We will also be happy to rework your logo/branding as part of the build if required. N.B. all graphics are designed for web use only. If graphics are required for print use there would be further charges.
- Up to 15 standard information sections (NB. for a small cost we can add further pages or you can add further pages yourself via the control panel).
- Full content management facilities (subject to hosting with us) enabling you to change the words/pictures on any page in your website.
- Custom drawn graphics & logo design (i.e. uniquely drawn/branded for your company, the copyright for which you would retain).
- Website will be fully coded and optimised for load speed and search engine compatibility.
- The build will follow internationally recognised W3C guidelines which will also help to ensure compliance with the disability discrimination act 1995
E-commerce functionality can be added from around £500+vat giving you the following features:
- Full shopping functionality with unlimited categories/sub-categories. Please note, online shopping systems must be connected to a bank or other secure payment system (e.g. Worldpay, Protx, EPDQ etc.). We will be happy to give advice on the set up and cost of the various systems.
- Our shopping system includes:
- Unlimited, fully maintainable categories/sub-categories
- Selectable display layouts (e.g. single line or full information modes) customised to suit your site design
- Configurable shipping schemes
- Unlimited product options and optional extras per products (e.g. product colours, sizes, styles etc. and add-on extras)
- Facility to show expanded picture of products, multiple views and/or links to further information pages
- Product discount schemes and vouchers
- Optional free text boxes for customers to add special instructions/messages
- Ability to move/copy products between categories and move categories/sub-categories around
- Products can be temporarily "turned off" or marked as unavailable when out of stock
- Custom built, full-featured shopping cart, styled to fit in with your web pages
- Orders transmitted to you via email and control panel retrieval
- Full orders administration facilities including order archiving, invoicing, delivery notes, reports, and exports to Sage etc.
- Downloadable E-book purchasing options
- Side-bar "mini cart"
- Currency conversion (i.e. ability to trade in Euros and US Dollars)
- Individual VAT configuration per product and configurable default settings
- Optional splash icons over product pictures (e.g. "New!", "Sale!", "Gift Idea!", "Exclusive!" etc.)
The following options are also available:
- Budget Website for Small Businesses and New Startups: We have a number of budget website options starting from £500+vat. Please call for details.
- Marketing and Editorial Services: We can recommend a number of associate companies that specialise in marketing words and strategies. These companies can help you to get the most out of your website by advising on the best wording, straplines and key messages.
- Data Protection Services: Most companies should be registered for data protection by law. We can recommend a number of companies that help you to register and stay compliant at minimal cost. Please ask for details.
- On-site hand over/training session for the Content Management system: £200+vat +travel time/expenses. We separate this activity from the main quotation as very few customers find they need the training/hand over session due to the simplicity and intuitiveness of the control panel features.
- Catalogue/Shopping Section Loading: from £1+vat per item for "intelligent" loading (i.e. our administrators will find the information/pictures, where available, and load products based on general information supplied by you) or where pictures need to be scanned and text needs to be typed. 50p+vat per item for loading based on supplied electronic information, e.g. digital images and text from Word documents. We can also load bulk information from spreadsheets and databases, usually for around £200+vat.
- Search Engine Optimisation Package: £350+vat. This package consists of a mechanism which is built into your website plus research into the best search terms and 10 optimised pages (each page is optimised for a single search term and should help to get as good a placement as possible in the search engines). The mechanism also enables you to build your own pages with some basic training. Please note, no guarantees can be given as to search engine placement of highly sought after terms because it ultimately depends on the amount and strength of competition. We can however advise as to which terms are most likely to succeed and bring in targeted traffic.
- E-Commerce training session: £100+vat per half day. This training session covers all aspects of Internet marketing (e.g. search engine placement strategies, banner advertising, email marketing etc.). As part of the training session we can help you to set up a scheme, for example an E-Spotting pay-per-click scheme, and show you how to manage it.
- HITLIST Emailing Module: £350+vat setup and on-site training plus £50+vat per mailing template. This module can be used for bulk HTML formatted emails and newsletters. It is more advanced than the mailing system built into the content management system and enables your customers to subscribe/unsubscribe automatically to any number of mailing lists and for you to personalise the emails and monitor bounces and rejections. We will be happy to advise on how this system can be used responsibly and within current UK laws.
- Flash / animated sequences (for example, in the banner): these would need to be discussed and quoted separately and would be dependant upon how many sequences you require and the length of each sequence . However as a guide, typical animated banners would cost an extra £75-£150+vat per sequence. Fully animated Intro pages typically cost between £100 and £500+vat.
